and is of
Low Priority.
Here is why -
A mainstream newspaper article on the imminent Cabinet reshuffle speculated that the Education Minister Professor G. L. Peiris will switch his Ministry with Foreign Affairs Minister Dinesh Gunawardena, and that the Tourism Minister Prasanna Ranatunga is likely to change and receive another portfolio, without mentioning a specific portfolio: https://www.dailymirror.lk/print/front_page/Prez-to-roll-Ministers-amidst-worsening-health-crisis/238-218063.
However, another newspaper mentioned that Prasanna Ranatunga will be the new Education Minister, while Dinesh Gunawardena will be the new Minister of Higher Education: https://www.ft.lk/front-page/Cabinet-reshuffle-imminent/44-721572.
All this is speculation at this point.
