Here is why -
As per the investigation The Health Promotion Bureau (HPB) mentioned there was a malicious google form being circulated in the social media gathering information on children under 18 years of age for vaccination and HPB firmly warns people not to get caught in such scams.HPB Director Ranjith Batuwanthudawa said there was no such activity initiated by Health Ministry or Epidemiology Unit.
