This is linked to a previous false post on a locally made rapid antigen test. The originator has replaced that with this post which asks people to call one Dr. Jayatissa to get free medical advice during this troubled time (currently the country is under a lockdown period). The number advertised there belongs to Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa, member of JVP. This seems to be a strategy to circumvent the disclaimer made by Facebook, when a post is proven to be false.
