Here is why -
A WhatsApp message is circulating stating that Sri Lankan students could pursue higher education in the United Kingdom free of charge through Fully-funded scholarship program by the University of Oslo for Sri Lankans. Through fack checking we found that The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Norway has verified from the University of Oslo about the scholarships & its benefits, and it has informed that it is a fake advertisement. Hence, the students are requested to check the official university websites for any scholarship opportunities in Norway before applying.
