An external fact checker has confirmed that the image is doctored. The real image has a picture of His Holiness Pope Francis. The doctored image has been in circulation in 2014 as well. The actual image had been taken at the website launch done in anticipation of the Pope's visit to Sri Lanka in January 2015.
